This is what creates the endless pressure and anxiety, and consequently, unsustainable performance.
The highest level of sustainable performance always comes through an alignment with your core: when identity matches actions.
This is when you turn anxiety into calmness, uncertainty into conviction and pressure into sustainable performance.
THE PROBLEM WITH THERAPY AND MODERN SELF-HELP
I’ve spent years in the modern self-help sphere and studied traditional therapy.
The more time passed, the greater my frustration grew.
Why? Because I saw the two critical flaws of both approaches.
Modern self-help is obsessed with symptoms.
You’ve progressed too far for conventional self-help methods to be actually helpful.

We might think therapy promises this transformation.
Unfortunately, therapy often fails high-performing men because it emphasizes the past and talking through problems.
